VIRTUAL EVENT!
Join us for the next Let’s Talk INCLUSIVE HAPPY HOUR VIRTUAL BINGO on Saturday, January 23rd, 2021! Invite your friends and family for a night of fun and games! Everyone is welcome and we will be meeting via Zoom—please share this event!
RSVP MANDATORY (REGISTER BELOW) by Thursday, January 21st. Please also let us know in your RSVP how many people will be playing with you.
What is Virtual Bingo?
Bingo is a game of chance using cards on which there is a grid of numbers that are marked off when the numbers are called at random. To play bingo, RSVP with the number of people in your group. You will be sent a link to download your cards. Randomly chosen numbers will be called out and you can mark them on your cards - either on your desktop or print out a paper copy and use pencil to mark off the squares. Our cards are designed with the central square as a free spot, and the first player with five of the called numbers that appear in a row—vertically, horizontally, or diagonally—shouts out "BINGO!" and wins a prize. There will be a prize for the first two players to mark off a row of 5 numbers and one final player who gets a black-out of their whole card.
For our Let's Talk participants who use AAC, please consider programming the information below into your talker/device if you would like to add "more" to your CORE vocabulary. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact Lori Gimelshteyn directly at (978) 886-0888.
Yes, I have it! No, I don't have it! Wait a minute! Can you repeat that? I need one more! BINGO! Great job! Congratulations!

Let's Talk Book Club Registration is Full!
Our fall book, I AM STILL ALIVE, by Kate Alice Marshall...
Jess hadn’t seen her survivalist, off-the-grid dad in over a decade. But after a car crash killed her mother and left her injured, she was forced to move to his cabin in the remote Canadian wilderness. Just as Jess was beginning to get to know him, a secret from his past paid them a visit, leaving her father dead and Jess stranded.
With only her father’s dog for company, Jess must forage and hunt for food, build shelter, and keep herself warm. Some days it feels like the wild is out to destroy her, but she’s stronger than she ever imagined.
Jess will survive. She has to. She knows who killed her father…and she wants revenge.
